    摘要:

    目的观察一种医用消毒超声耦合剂对临床分离的五种常见多重耐药菌的杀灭效果。方法选取一种以三氯羟基二苯醚、丙二醇等为主要有效成分的医用消毒超声耦合剂,于2016年3月—2017年5月对临床分离的五种常见多重耐药菌进行载体定量杀灭试验,观察其对五种常见多重耐药菌的杀灭效果。结果该医用消毒超声耦合剂原液作用1.5、3.0、4.5 min,对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDRAB)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MDRPA)、耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)、产超广谱β内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌(ESBLsEC)五种常见耐药菌的载体杀灭对数值均>3.0。 结论该医用消毒超声耦合剂对五种常见多重耐药菌有消毒作用,在超声诊疗中可代替消毒剂使用。

    Abstract:

    ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of a medical disinfectant ultrasonic coupling agent on the killing of five clinically isolated multidrugresistant organisms(MDROs).MethodsFrom March 2016 to May 2017, a disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent containing active ingredient, including triclosan and propylene glycol, was used to conduct carrier quantitative germicidal test on five clinically isolated MDROs, the killing efficacy to MDROs was observed.ResultsAfter 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5 minute disinfection time,the killing logarithms values of disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent to five MDROs (multidrugresistant Acinetobacter baumannii [MDRAB], methicillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus [MRSA], multidrugresistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa [MDRPA], carbapenemresistant Klebsiella pneumoniae [CRKP],  and extendedspectrum βlactamase Escherichia coli [ESBLsEC]) were all>3.0.ConclusionMedical disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent can effectively kill five common MDROs, and can take the place of disinfectant during ultrasonic examination.
