    摘要:

    固有免疫系统是微生物入侵宿主的第一道防线,对于人类身体的生存和健康至关重要。抗菌肽是人体固有免疫的重要组成部分之一。LL-37是人类唯一一个Cathelicidins家族的抗菌肽,由37个氨基酸残基组成的两亲性螺旋肽,已被证明具有广谱的抗菌活性。本文重点归纳总结LL-37的抗菌和免疫调节活性,以及细菌和真菌对其产生抗性的研究进展。

    Abstract:

    Innate immune system is the first line of defense for microorganisms to invade the host, which is very important for the survival and health of human body. Antimicrobial peptide (AMP) is one of the important component of human innate immunity. LL-37 is the only AMP of the Cathelicidins family in humans, it is an amphiphilic helical peptide composed of 37 amino acid residues and has been proven to have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. This article focuses on summarizing the antimicrobial and immunomodulatory activities of LL-37, as well as the research progress of bacterial and fungal resistance to it.
