    摘要:

    艰难梭菌感染(CDI)是一个越来越值得关注的临床问题, 其临床表现可从轻中度腹泻到暴发性结肠炎等, 甚至导致死亡。目前治疗CDI的一线药物主要有甲硝唑、万古霉素等, 但因其治疗后存在较高的复发率, 故亟需寻找新的治疗CDI方案。近年来, 一些蛋白质和氨基酸、碳水化合物、微量元素等营养素以及植物提取物相继被报道有益于CDI的治疗。本文就食源性物质如营养素与植物提取物辅助治疗CDI的相关研究作一综述, 以期为CDI的辅助治疗提供参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) is a clinical problem that deserves more attention. Its clinical manifestations range from mild /moderate diarrhea to fulminant colitis, even death.At present, the first-line drugs for treating CDI mainly include metronidazole, vancomycin, etc. But because of the high recurrence rate after treatment, it is urgent to find new treatment scheme for CDI. In recent years, nutrients like protein, amino acid, carbohydrate, trace elements and plant extracts have been reported to be beneficial to the treatment of CDI.This article reviews the research on the adjuvant treatment of CDI with food-derived substances such as nutrients and plant extracts, in order to provide reference for the adjuvant treatment of CDI.
