Pressure ulcer complicated infection is an important component of healthcare-associated infection. This paper summarizes the classification, risk assessment, clinical manifestations, as well as diagnosis and treatment of pressure ulcer through reviewing literatures and the latest guidelines, providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer in clinical practice.
