    摘要:

    过氧化氢气体灭菌是一种应用广泛的低温灭菌技术, 但该灭菌技术存在材料兼容性和穿透力限制, 生物监测失败率高。本文通过文献回顾, 全面深入地探讨过氧化氢气体灭菌在生物监测失败(包括真阳性、假阳性、假荧光阴性反应)方面的原因及原理, 帮助专业人员分析、判断生物监测失败原因, 并为降低失败率提供思路和参考。

    Abstract:

    Hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization is a widely used low temperature sterilization technique, yet still with limitations in material compatibility and penetration, resulting in a high failure rate of biological monitoring. Through review of literatures, this paper comprehensively and deeply explores the causes and mechanisms of failures in biological monitoring by hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization (including true positive, false positive, and false fluorescence negative reaction), helps professionals analyze and judge the causes of failures in biological monitoring, and provides ideas and references for reducing failure rate.
