This paper reports a case of disseminated infection caused by Fusarium solani in a patient with acute myeloid leukemia after transplantation. Fusarium solani was cultured from the patient’s blood as well as foot and ocular secretion. Anti-infection treatment was not effective. Combined with literature review, characteristics, clinical diagnosis, and treatment strategies of Fusarium disseminated infection were analyzed, aiming to assist the early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment in clinical practice.
