The licensor can not revoke these freedoms as long as the following rules are abided by:

Author Rights
Authors of the accepted manuscript need to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement with the editorial office. Both the third parties and the authors have the right to share and use the articles in accordance with the BY-NC-ND CC agreement.
Article Processing Charge
To provide open access, CJIC has an open access fee (also known as an article publishing charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or by their research funder or institution. Accepted manuscripts should pay 700 CNY (Chinese Yuan) per page.
